I am Villa Jazmin. Walk down and through a tropical river path, up a few steps and arrive at your home away from home. Tucked back in thick palm groves I am the epitome of peace and quiet. Eat Pray Love might as well have been filmed on my grounds. I am a renovated traditional one bedroom, one bath Javanese Tea House, with a spacious open floor plan. At over a 100 years old, my simple yet antique atmosphere will not leave you unimpressed. Wander barefoot in the warm afternoons over narrow concrete paths abreast lush green rice fields to charming nearby cafes and enjoy the ravishing jungle views while sipping on refreshing lemongrass iced tea.

Be sure to stop by at Intuitive Flow for some yoga classes (only a 5-minute walk from the villa).

Take a bike tour or walk through the beautiful rice fields and stop at Yellow Flower Cafe to enjoy a light snack or tasty smoothie.

Looking for scrumptious traditional Balinese food? Lala Lili Warung is only a couple minutes away from the villa, with very reasonable prices.

Although Bird Nest Thai Kitchen is not within walking distance from me, this place will satisfy all your Thai cravings. Plus GAYA (the best ice cream place in Ubud) is just across the street so you most likely won’t regret the ride out.

The Ubud Monkey Forest is the perfect place to take a midday stroll, especially for kids. Here you will find monkeys running free and playing around the grounds.

Fivelements is hands down the best spa in Bali. Although it is a bit pricier, you will get the most exquisite treatment of your life. I would suggest the couples massage with the Boreh Ritual. This includes a relaxing massage accompanied by a flower bath overlooking the river while sipping on lemongrass ginger tea.

The staff will come in the morning around 8am to prepare your breakfast. The time can always be changed according to your schedule.

Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating massage right from the comfort of your villa, for IDR 270000 (about $20). If you want to get a little taste of what this could be like, Jampi usually stops by after breakfast and offers a free 30-minute massage for one person.

Just in case you need to stay connected, the villa comes with a mobile phone, which is available for the entirety of your stay.

Check in is at 1:30 pm and it is advised to get the transport organized by the villa, since it might be challenging to find. The driver can be booked before your arrival.

You can rent a scooter from the villa for IDR 60,000 (around $5) per day. Although the villa is walking distance to a lot of amazing restaurants, it is quite convenient to have a scooter just in case you are in the mood for some adventure.
