I am Riad de Tarabel, a place where French romance blends effortlessly with the enchanting Moorish architecture of Morocco. You will find my door hidden in a narrow alleyway, neighboring the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square, the bustling Souks and the royal Dar El Bacha Palace. Although I am situated in the heart of the medina and walking distance to all major sights, once you enter my idyllic colonial-style mansion you will feel far away from all the noise, the crowds and even reality. Draped in luxury, all 10 guest rooms are individually designed and scattered around two courtyards, while my Riad spreads over a total of four courtyards. Bask in the sun next to the pool, find shade under my orange trees or treat yourself to one of my rejuvenation spa treatments. I am a romantic boutique accommodation serving a feeling of home on a golden platter.

Highlights & Attractions at Riad De Tarabel

Explore the Medina: Allow yourself to get lost in the maze of the old medina and especially in the souks. Just remember that eventually, all streets lead back to the big square: Jamaâ El Fna. Once you get there, grab a mint tea on a rooftop terrace and watch the square come alive with storytellers, snakecharmers and dancers. Visit Terres D'Amanar: Place This remarkable nature reserve is only 40 minutes from Marrakech and offers ziplining over the canopy, refershing mountain pools and artisan crafts worshop. Camel Rides: If you can't make it to the Sahara, you can still get your fix of desert vibes. The Palmeraie is perfect for camel rides during sunset. Pay around 450dhs including trasnfer, tea break & 1h camel ride. Book a hammam: An ultimate Moroccan Spa experience that will leave your skin soft and your body relaxed. We recommend Les Baind de Marrakech located in the Gueliz (The new part of Marrakech) or Les Bains d'Orient located at the entrance of the medina of Marrakech an intimate Riad space dedicated to your well being. Visit the Jardin Majorelle or Le Jardin Secret: Both gardens are popular sight seeing spots while in Marrakech. We prefer Le Jardine Secret as it is located in the old medina and also is bigger in size. Lunch with a view: Kasbah Bab Ourika is located in the Ourika Valley with stunning views over the Atlas Mountains, enjoy lunch under the shade of an olive tree with a glass of wine. Restaurant Recommendations in the Medina: Naranj — delicious Lebanese & Moroccan Cuisine with excellent customer service. Atay Cafe — rooftop terrace with traditional Moroccan food. Terrasse Des Espices & Cafe Arabe — stunning sunset views offering traditional & Moroccan fusion. Nomad — a strong emphasis on fresh local produce and ample variety for vegetarians, pescetarians, and carnivores alike. Other locations worth visiting: Place des Épices, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Medrasa, Maison de la Photographie.
